About Event:
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
The goal of this workshop is to provide the participants a hands-on experience with commonly used MATLAB/SIMULINK software package for different power electronics circuits.The program will provide an opportunity to the participants to get introduced the latest techniques in MATLAB. The workshop will also involve a brief introduction to circuit operation and salient features which the participants will observe in the simulation results. This workshop will help the participants to carry out their research work and develop their own applications.
COURSE CONTENTS
The following topics will be covered in the workshop:
• Basics of MATLAB Programming.
• Making SIMULINK model.
• Application of MATLAB functions.
• Simulation of Single & Three Phase controlled rectifier.
• Simulation of Sinusoidal PWM inverters with filter design.
• Simulation of DC-DC Converter with controller design.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants from Industry, Faculty and PG students from EEE/EIE and ECEdepartments of any Engineering College are eligible for this workshop.
