About Event:
Deus Ex Machina (DXM) 2k16 is the 12th installment of the annual
department symposium conducted by the mechanical department of Velammal Engineering
College. Catch a variety of events right from technical up to non-technical
along with workshops and paper presentations for students to participate in. We
provide a platform for students to explore and discover the various dimensions
in the area of Mechanical Engineering. The symposium will be held on 27th
August 2016 in the college campus located in Surapet. The students will be
given the opportunity to showcase their hidden talents and be able to explore
their creative side by participating in an arena of events organized. In
addition to this the paper presentation event organized, will be preceded by a
lecture given by reputed professors of Anna University and IIT’s that will
instill ideas and give inspiration to the students think outside the box and
the best papers will be published in the Scopus Indexed Journal. The workshops
organized will be conducted by trained professionals who will give their
expertise on their subject and the students will be given hands-on experience
on the subject as well.

Pick one.” We invite students from all across India to be a part of this event and utilize this opportunity to exchange their thoughts and ideas on various recent trends and have fun while participating in the events because education is fun, when it is entertaining.
