About Event:
Biomedical signal processing and computational biology is a rapidly expanding fields with a wide range of healthcare application. Acquisition and processing of biomedical signals has become more important for health care applications. The main reason for this development are the growing complexity of the biomedical examinations, the increasing necessity of comprehensive documentation and the need for automation in order to reduce the cost.
This workshop is an interdisciplinary workshop which focuses on signal and image processing algorithms and its application in the field of biomedical and biotechnology and also provides ideas of acquisition, analyzing methodologies and advances in bio signal and image processing. The workshop would provide hands on training in graphical system design and biological signal acquisition and processing using LabVIEW, NI myRIO, MATLAB, FPGA boards. The workshop also provides training in ZINC, PDB and Dragon data base and modeling software and drug designing for non-communicable diseases. The resource person for this workshop includes eminent person from national institutes like IIT, NIT, Central Government Organization (CSIR), International speaker from Taipei University and speaker from Medical Research Centre. The workshop provides challenging forum and discussion in this field and will be beneficial to research scholars, faculty and industrialists.
