About Event:
Technological Innovations in ICT for Agriculture and Rural
Development(TIAR)2015 serves as a forum to promote the exchange of the latest
advances in Information Communication and Technologies for Agriculture and
Rural Development from both the research and development perspectives. Authors
are invited to submit a full paper in IEEE standard format. We solicit
high-quality original research papers (including significant work-in-progress)
describing original, previously unpublished results in all areas of theory and
