About Event:
The E-Vehicles workshop will teach you the basics of designing
and creating your own
electric-kart, right from powertrain calculations to steering, braking and suspension, the
the workshop will give the student a comprehensive idea of how an electric-kart is designed.
The inclusion of a crash test session will give the student an opportunity to understand
safety ratings and how to better model/design an electric kart so as to ensure safety to
the passenger in case of an accident.
Sessions:
1. Introduction E-kart and basic designing 9 AM to 10 AM
2. Introduction of Technical Concepts 10 AM to 12.30 PM
3. Steering, Braking and Suspension Dynamics 1.30 PM to 3.30 PM
4. Crash Analysis 3.30 PM to 4:30 PM
5. Live Riding Session for students 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Duration:
The duration of this workshop will be one day, with ten-hour session properly divided into theory and exercise sessions.
Takeaways:
1. Study material (eBooks and tutorial videos) will be delivered to each participant free of cost.
2. Placement Recognized Participation Certificate from Anna University to all the participants.
3. ANSYS software will be provided to the participants.
4. On Duty certificates will be provided via mail.
5. Recommendation and Endorsement for skills to the participant's profile in LinkedIn will be provided by Society of Mechanical Engineers, Anna University.
