About Event:
The Faculty Development Programme is intended to provide
opportunity for faculty members and
researchers employed in engineering and polytechnic institutions approved by
AICTE to enhance their knowledge and to keep abreast with the latest technical
developments in modeling and control of
Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV). The program provides a platform for
academicians to be trained in design of
high efficiency hybrid vehicles. The participants will be having hands on
experience in modeling and control of hybrid vehicle design. The program mainly
concentrates on design of the drive system of a HEV, calculation of the power
specifications of the electric motor, mathematical modeling and its simulation study.
Who Can
Participate?
Faculties from Engineering/Polytechnic
Colleges are eligible. Interested
practicing engineers from industries may also apply.
Accommodation
Details:
Accommodation will be
provided at free of cost in college hostels on request and TA to outstation
participants as per AICTE norms.
Other Details:
To register, duly filled up and certified registration form
needs to be submitted along with a Demand Draft for Rs.300. The Demand Draft
should be drawn in favour of ‘The Principal, Easwari Engineering College',
payable at Chennai. The amount will be refunded to the applicants who attend
the programme. The number of participants is limited to 40 and the selection is
made on First-come-first-serve basis. Applications will be processed as and
when they are received and the selection will be intimated within 3 working
days.
